Caring for Childhood in the Digital Age

WITH NATALIA CALIX

Technology is part of children’s everyday lives, but how can we support them without falling into control or mental overload? This workshop is designed for mothers and fathers who are looking for practical tools to care for childhood in an increasingly complex digital environment.

Together with the psychologist Natàlia Càlix, we will reflect on the current challenges of digital parenting and share strategies to create a healthier and more conscious relationship with screens, based on empathy and shared family responsibility.

During the session:

  • You will understand how the digital environment influences children’s emotional and social development.

  • You will learn guidelines to support with presence, boundaries, and coherence.

  • You will explore how to share digital caregiving responsibilities between mothers and fathers to ease the mental load.

A gathering to rethink the relationship between technology, family, and well-being, creating more balanced, human, and sustainable spaces.
