At Cultura Henko, we believe in a feminist, ethical, and transformative economy. That’s why we openly share the operations of our non-profit association.

Incomes 2024: 100% of the income comes from our own projects, service billing, and voluntary contributions. We have not received any public funding to date. 

Expenses and management: We manage responsibly, allocating resources to the development of cultural, social, and educational projects with impact. The accounting is recorded and internally supervised.

Governance: We are organized through an active assembly and a steering committee. In 2024, the strategic plan, funding priorities, and internal protocols were approved in the assembly.

Social fund: We have established a social fund that guarantees the sustainability and autonomy of the entity. Currently, a refundable contribution is recognized for foundational tasks carried out by the co-founder.
